Because it is surrounded on three sides by water, built on six hills, and divided into numerous neighborhoods, Seattle can be a very confusing city. While most of its top attractions are located downtown, there are places of interest in other areas too, including eclectic neighborhoods and attractive parks. In other words, the city's charms aren't all right in your face.
